I have been a professional chef for over 20 years. My passion for food started at a young age in Italy. Before starting my career as a private event chef, I worked in busy, fast-paced restaurants, as well as small French bistros.
I have extensive experience in working within large estates all over Scotland, including castles and shooting lodges.
My main aim is to provide my clients with the culinary experience they are looking for.
I specialise in Italian, French and British cuisine. However, I am passionate about all things food, so I am always looking for new foods to try and new dishes to prepare.
